• All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa rejection, delay, or non-approval. The applicant confirms that their passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of application submission. If passport validity is less than 6 months, the application may not be accepted or approved.
• The applicant understands and agrees that application acceptance and approval remains the sole responsibility of the Royal Oman Police, and not the service provider.
• The applicant confirms that all documents and personal information provided are accurate, complete, and valid.
• The applicant understands and agrees that once the visa application is submitted, no changes, edits, or alterations can be made. The service provider does not have the authority to modify the application after submission.
• The applicant acknowledges that the service provider only assists with submission and processing, and does not guarantee visa approval or acceptance.
• By making payment, the applicant agrees that any decision regarding visa approval or rejection is made exclusively by the Royal Oman Police, and the service provider cannot be held liable for the outcome.
• The applicant accepts full responsibility for the result of the visa application, including rejection, delays, or additional requirements issued by the Royal Oman Police.
